Samsung Electronics announced on December 22, 2025, that it will unveil its latest kitchen appliance lineup at CES 2026, featuring enhanced vision-based AI powered by Google Gemini and Google Cloud. The updates include refreshed designs and improved AI functionality for the Bespoke AI refrigerator, over-the-range (OTR) microwave, and slide-in range, aimed at simplifying daily tasks and elevating the kitchen experience.
The new Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub will debut an upgraded AI Vision system integrated with Google Gemini—the first such integration in a refrigerator. Previously capable of recognizing 37 fresh food items and 50 pre-registered processed foods on-device, the updated version expands recognition to more items, including processed foods without manual registration. It automatically registers item names and detects user-labeled foods in personal containers, enabling clearer food list management and new personalized kitchen use cases.
Samsung will also introduce the Bespoke AI Wine Cellar, equipped with similar Gemini-powered AI Vision. A top-mounted camera recognizes wine bottle labels when bottles are added or removed, tracks their specific shelf and compartment locations, and syncs inventory to the SmartThings AI Wine Manager app (requiring Wi-Fi and a Samsung account). The system provides wine details and pairing suggestions based on the user's inventory.
The entire lineup adopts a unified stainless-look finish for a cohesive kitchen aesthetic. The Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator features zero-clearance fit with 4mm side gaps, a 50mm reduced door depth for full drawer access when doors are open up to 108°, and an AutoView transparent door. The upgraded slide-in range includes a refreshed stainless finish on the control panel, knobs, and door, along with a new bar handle and Precision Knob for enhanced safety. Two OTR microwave models—the Air-Fry and DualVent—will be shown, with the DualVent adding a front ventilation wing for improved smoke capture from front burners.
These products and features are in development, and specifications, timelines, and availability are subject to change. The innovations will be on display at Samsung's CES 2026 booth in Las Vegas from January 6-9, 2026.
