Can the Pixel 4a beat The OnePlus Nord?

It does not bend, so yes.

Hello, this is TheTechBoy. The recently released OnePlus Nord is an affordable 5G phone set to compete with the Samsung A71 5G, but can it defeat the rumored Google Pixel 4a? The OnePlus Nord has 8 Gb of Ram, a 90 HZ display, an on-screen fingerprint scanner, 128 GB of non-expandable storage, a flat 6.44-inch screen, and 5G for about 484 dollars. The processor is a Snapdragon 765G, a slower processor the Snapdragon 865 but less expensive. The cameras on the back are 48 MP main, 8 MP ultra-wide, a 2 MP macro, and a 5 MP depth sensor. The selfie cameras use a 32 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. Unfortunately, the phone has limited availability in the U.S. There is no headphone jack.

The Pixel 4a may have only one 12 MP camera, but using Google's computational photography the pictures should be excellent. The phone should have one 12 MP hole-punch camera to the left of the flat 5.7-inch screen. The phone appears to have no face unlock, but a rear fingerprint scanner. For 349 dollars, over 100 dollars less than the OnePlus Nord, the Pixel 4a may have:128 GB of non-expandable storage, 5G, and a good camera with free Google Photos storage. There may be a headphone jack.

These phones are good sub 500 dollar phones and would be good for children or inexpensive 5G phones.

We will learn more as the Pixel 4a launches on August 3.

Update: The Oneplus Nord's frame is made out of plastic, so it bends easily. For durability concerns, the Pixel 4a is better. The Pixel 4a and 4a 5G has a headphone jack.
